I appreciate your inquiry regarding the rental, but no one should be badgered for rescheduling an appointment. You requested a viewing appointment on the same day of your initial inquiry - Saturday, to which I immediately scheduled it for Wednesday evening as I could not show the place on that same day. I then informed you on Wednesday morning to cancel that evening's appointment as a rental application has been approved. Rescheduling is common, and I notified you in advance of the appointment. Please be professional and DO NOT badger others on the phone or otherwise for rescheduling! Lastly, do not make unverified statements that there are other negative reviews when there isn't one!
