I encourage everyone that has read this review to read all my reviews from people who were actually my clients. Peter has misrepresented himself as a Seller of mine in order to improperly game the Zillow system and post a negative review. The fact is, I’ve never met Peter and have never directly interacted with him. He was represented by another agent and put an offer on one of my listings. We had let the agent representing Peter know that the Sellers were still collecting offers and would be reviewing them all at once. The Sellers decided to take a better offer. I informed his agent early in the morning before I updated the MLS to indicate the property was in escrow. Apparently, Peter was upset since he had to find out through Zillow that the property went into escrow even though his agent received notification prior to the updated status. Regardless, the contract doesn’t require that Peter’s agent receive a response, but I did it out of courtesy as is my standard practice.
