Here is a copy of the beautiful listing which looks superb https://www.har.com/u/D50ce03E3D. This seller blocked 8 of the last showings. This seller would not allow us to install a lockbox, refused to leave the property during showings and is unresponsive in communication in regards to scheduling of open houses. We have explained the process, our voices have fallen on deaf ears. As listing agents we market the listing to attract buyers. This client refused to take our advice for pricing (which they are too high) however, our marketing effort were still able to get them a ton of showings.
