    Mr Thomas inspected our home. He missed A LOT of problems. We had carpenter ants and our deck was not carriage bolted to the home. Could have been a huge problem had there been 8 to 10 people on the deck at the same time. It would have collapsed! He ...

    I am very distressed to read this review! This anonymous person never contacted me to discuss these alleged issues. If they had I would have returned to the home promptly and done everything I could to resolve them.
