    Keith failed to follow the law and continues daily to promise the return of a security deposit and has not done so. He did not follow the law in securing the deposit, provins a receipt or returning. He is repeatedly untruthful. Do not recommend.

    Unresponsive in all regards, even in emergencies (heating out, no water, etc) Raising rent astronomically this year and not improving the building to match the rent increase. Gentrification at its finest. Avoid this “company”.
