I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I wish to respond to all points,but my response is limited to 1000 characters.The bottom line is, when I have sold 500+ homes in 17 years of real estate, I am bound to have a few express dissatisfaction in regards to my services.It is impossible to please everyone!Your home received excellent exposure from my marketing dollars (thus your 15+ showings) and it was shown to any and all buyers who wished to see it.Your transaction ended on a negative note because you did not want to pay the commission that was agreed on in the original listing contract.I compromised and cut my commission in half--more than many agents would have done.I am sorry that this was not sufficient for you,but everyone expects to get paid when they go to work.I have created a very successful real estate business because I CAN sell. Many satisfied clients will attest to that.I wish you the best and thank you for allowing me to list your home.

Derrick, Thank you for your time. I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our interaction. I believe the inventory was low for the type of property you were interested in, thus there was nothing to show you at the time. I do my best to provide the same service to all clients, regardless of price range, and do not feel that any buyer is "too small".
