Ellison, Words can not describe how satisfying it is to help my clients wherever the real estate need may be. It has truly been my pleasure to make your Aunt's Estate into a home that she would be proud of. This included working with you (with your permission as the P.R.) to allow me to take a video of the inventory, provide it to you for the Estate Attorney, have Expert Estate Auctionners to come by to assess the personal property and to provide value to items they considered that had a value whether little or otherwise, hiring a company to retrieve items from the estate and place into a location to allow local charities to come by to see what items they could use, pawn other items and take other items to the thrift store so that others could use them. Next, it was my pleasure to also have the carpet cleaned, to have the entire home cleaned from top to bottom by my professional cleaning lady, to have the lawn cut, yard groomed, to have all of the ivy, weeds and otherwise removed from the exterior of the home, to have the electrical system checked, the HVAC checked, the garage door repaired, some plumbing repairs done, and then had the home professionally staged. I truly believe in maximizing the Estate's value even if there is no money in the Estate to renovate the home. We still believe in getting top dollar for the Estate in the best way possible while not renovating the home. As a result, if you recall, before you hired me, an Investor wanted to give you $300,000. However, after cleaning up the Estate, we were able to sell this home for $150,000 more at $450,000 ..... Woo-hoo!!! It brings me so much joy to make a house into a home that someone can buy and make new memories and to continue to love your family home just as much as your Aunt did. I would do this again ... and again ... and again ...
