Mr. Figueroa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand how disappointing it can be not to have your offer accepted, especially in such a competitive real estate market. I empathize with the emotions and challenges buyers face during this process. Please allow me to clarify that in this instance, my obligation was to represent the seller, adhering strictly to their instructions and acting in their best interest. In a market where multiple offers are more the rule than the exception, each decision is critical and guided by the seller's preferences and the strength of the offers received. It's essential to acknowledge that the dynamics of real estate transactions require quick action and the best possible terms right from the outset. While your offer was certainly considered, the delay in revising it allowed for the consideration of other offers, which ultimately led to one that was more aligned with my client's expectations being accepted. I regret any confusion or premature optimism conveyed to you by your agent. The nature of real estate transactions emphasizes the importance of timely and competitive offers. I sincerely hope your future endeavors in the housing market are successful and that this experience provides valuable insights for future submissions. Wishing you all the best in your search for a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2019 in South windsor, CT.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsWe were referred to Brian by friends. We had our house on the market for about 3 months and decided to change agents. Brian told us the house would not sell for our listing price so we had to reduce. I will give it to him, we had a lot of showings...Response from Brian Burke on 3/27/2020
Thank you for the feedback regarding your concerns with my service. I sincerely apologize that I did not satisfy your expectations. I strive for superiority and I’m sorry this standard was not met. Your home was previously listed for 92 days at $227K. We relisted your home at $224,900. Within 16 days we had 32 showings and 3 offers. Upon inspection the buyer terminated the contract due to many deficiencies. Based on my due diligence a new contract was delivered at the same value before the first transaction was rescinded and a credit was negotiated in lieu of inspection concerns. Your home closed smoothly. Attending closures is a business practice I adhere to and I take fault in the miscommunication. I apologize for not being there for your celebration. I strive for exceptionalism whether you are a seasoned seller or this is the first experience. My average home sale is $250,000 and I value my relationship with every client. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this further.
