    Hi Naomi, I would like to extend to you my most sincere apologies regarding this situation. I don't recall the exact property as it was several years ago, but in the market at that time, we may receive up to 30 offers on a house and sadly there can only be one person that wins. In the end, it's the sellers that reviews the offers, who then asks us to send out counters and they ultimately pick the winning bid. There are over a dozen other factors that sellers look at besides price (rarely will $500 sway the bid on a property worth several hundred thousands). If interested, I can share our 10 Top Tips (aside from price) to get your offer accepted in a competitive market. One of our key tips is to provide a personal letter with a picture to better connect with the seller to humanize your offer. Thanks and have a great day.
