I did indeed talk with this person for a minute. I have no idea how a review can be written on a one minute phone conversation with someone I was just meeting on the phone? All I was doing was starting to explain how the Zillow Premier Agent system works. The customer said I was rude and hung up. All my reviews are very high and with clients I have personally worked with in the process of selling and buying a home. I am completely surprised by all of this by a one minute conversation.
