I live by the golden rule that the customer is always right. When searching for properties I understand that my job is to be an advocate for home buyers, show them properties of interest and answer all questions that a buyer may have. I want to make sure that the house you buy will be a house that you love because you will be living there and my reputation depends on doing that for you. You should be comfortable with the home you choose for years to come not just for the moment. When it comes to shopping for a home, I'll be there to help you learn everything possible about the home and the home-buying process so that you can make a good, long term decision. This was a difficult one, but some of the credit goes to the buyer/seller. We were placed in a situation that really needed to be watched really closely. A buyer contracted for the house in 33 days after being marketed but things came up that needed to be resolved. The seller and I worked together and after almost 8 months, the the deal was complete. Both buyer and seller were happy as they had won a free cruise to the bahamas. I helped the seller sell his house and he got well over assessment and helped the the buyer get his new house below list in a location that he and his fiance' dreamed about. I'm happy they are all happy. I think we developed a strong friendship through the process. Isn't this what life is about, bringing joy to other peoples lives? I feel like I get to do that, which is why I love what I do!

When it comes to finding property I will bend over backwards to make sure it is a good fit. In this case Dave wanted to open a business and needed a good location with reasonable rates. We succeeded and found a good location and with a few adjustments in the space (which I also pleased to be able to help him with), the business is now about to open soon. I was honored to be able to help Dave in all aspects. I wish him many successful years. I know he'll call on me again when he is in the market or needs any real estate a. Good Luck, Dave!!!
