I am apologetic that you were upset with our correspondence. I feel as though there may have been some miscommunication between us. I sent you 22 land listings with at least .80 acres; all with utilities and maintained roads. After I sent you these listings, I am not seeing that I ever received anything back from you; asking to see these properties or to change/expand your criteria. So when you called me to tell me that you were in town, I was surprised to say the least … I wasn’t sure which properties, if any, worked for you. Even with that, unfortunately, with such short notice and with summer being our ‘busy season’ up here in the mountains, my days are booked – which is why I ask my buyers and sellers to set up a courtesy appointment, to help ensure I can meet with as many clients as possible, and give everyone the time they need/want.
