A review from someone I've never met? A few phone conversations with her and her husband. They were interested in a home occupied by a renter that would not cooperate. I asked the listing agent for help getting them in to see the property and even negotiated the price from $55,000.00 down to $40,000.00 before they saw it. I did ask if they were familiar with the area as my office is located an hour one-way from the property location. I do not sell flooded homes to anyone, nor did I try to sell her one of my listings. I don't understand why someone I was trying to help would say such cruel things. Perhaps she should have called an agent closer to the location she was interested in. I hope those of you who are interested in my services can see through this and will see my other reviews. I have been an agent for over 15 years. I value my clients and always give quality customer service.
