I genuinely appreciate your honesty, and I want to extend my sincere apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience you may have experienced while buying your home. As a real estate agent, my priority is always to provide excellent service and support to my clients, especially during such a significant milestone as purchasing a home. I'm truly sorry that part of this experience left you feeling neglected or undervalued. I understand your concerns about not attending the closing personally. Please know that realtors do not schedule the time and day of the closing, that is up to the bank and attorneys. As for the lack of communication afterward. I'm not sure what I had going on that day and that is not how I typically do business. It was never my intention to make you feel like anything less than a priority and I take full responsibility for the lapse in my service to you. Your feedback is invaluable to me, and I assure you that I will take your comments seriously to improve my practices and better serve my future clients.
