Hi Gabriel, I'm sorry you feel this way. These issues were never expressed to me throughout our time working together on the sale of your home. I don't understand how the buyers' realtor "did circles around me". You received a full price offer on your property within a week of going on market. I negotiated a 29 days rent-back situation that the buyers did not want give you. The "extra fees" you paid were for your water utility bill. This was charged to cover the period that you were in escrow and during your extra rental time to stay in the property after the close of escrow. These fees were in your "Seller License to Remain in Possession Addendum" that you agreed to. I wish good fortune and health to you and your family in the future.
