Thank you for your feedback. While we understand that your experience may not have gone as you hoped, we feel it’s important to clarify a few points and offer context around your interaction. Kristy has a long-standing reputation on the mountain for being direct, efficient, and highly effective in managing properties and serving both owners and tenants. She takes pride in handling a high volume of inquiries quickly and professionally, which sometimes requires getting straight to the necessary steps — such as application fees — in order to keep the process fair and timely for all applicants. Regarding the tone of the conversation, we understand that communication styles vary and can sometimes be misinterpreted. However, Kristy does not raise her voice or “scream” at clients. She was simply informing you that the requested move-in date was not possible due to the owner’s needs — a standard part of setting expectations during the application process.
