Hello Annie (That is what you told me your name was) - Im sorry if you feel that way and I would never refuse to work with someone or refuse to submit an offer. It is my job as the professional to guide you on your home buying process and to submit an offer that will secure you the home you desire. In our discussion, not only was your offer on the property in question SIGNIFICANTLY under the asking price, but you had indicated that moving forward, that would be your strategy on any house that you like. I did say that In this market at the shore, that will not be successful in securing a home for you, and yes sometimes when a seller receives such a low offer they dont want to negotiate further. I didnt want to see that happen to you, and stated that if that was your approach, we might not be a good fit. I am still here for you if you would like to discuss further or allow me to help you.
