This house went under contract in less than 30 days, average days on market is 200+. Husband decided not to counter on full price offer that included furniture, I guess he did not share with wife. Picture was removed from MLS immediately when I was notified, picture of storage building which was 2 inches from property line and facing the listed property. Seller did not mention shed was neighbors. Documents were corrected when notified, were not completed due to seller not disclosing items. All issues handled at closing. In summary, full price offer in less than 30 days.
