Sorry, I never owned or managed a house at 1472 Cambridge Ave and we don't let tenants go 6 mo without paying rent. But thanks for the 5 star review.

Sorry, sometimes we have a bunch of people calling about the same house. People do get priority if you drive by 1st, complete an app, and then schedule viewing. We like to work it out for the prospect so that if they like the place, they can rent it on the same day that we meet them to show the inside. We DO NEED your personal information on the app so that we can know who we are considering renting to. But we also destroy any apps from people that do not become tenants. Sometimes we end up renting to someone else, but please don't be upset. Maybe there is a better house out there for you?!?
