This review was posted by one of the unauthorized persons living in the apartment -not by the person in charge named in the lease who rented this apartment. The deposit is to cover the damaged property. Unfortunately this tenants leave the apartment in very poor conditions, the damage is so big that the landlord is still doing repairs and the deposit do not even cover those repairs.
