Thank you, I am sorry this one did not work out, but better to know now, than after it's yours. So many are skipping the home inspection and finding out after ownership that the property needs 10's of thousands of dollars in repairs. If the seller won't accept a contract with a home inspection, it's better to find another home.

Thank you, Mr. Burke, I am thrilled that you were satisfied with my service. In my opinion, a tenant has the right to invite any person into their home so long as the rent is paid and up to date. Yes, in some cases my fees are higher, and in some, they are lower. I have read reports from others, and I have never seen a more comprehensive evaluation or report. My goal is to assist all parties in understanding mold, its impact on people's health, and its impact on the property, and to provide an evaluation report that is actionable information.
