Mr. Sampayan, When I asked if you had been working with another agent or if you had signed a buyer broker with another agent you stated no. That is why I had a document in the papers for you to sign stating so as I do with clients. It also stated I would not give you my commission as you were requesting I do. After researching you did have a buyer broker agreement with another agent and had been working with that agent. I wrote your offer as quickly as I could as another offer was been presented as well. We had a time frame that we had to meet. You were at work so I said I would email you what you are signing and stated that it in your very best interest to read carefully over every document. You chose not to sign anything. I apologize that you did not like my way of working. I work very hard for my clients and work to achieve their dreams. As I had stated before, I wish you the very best.
