    I called to inquire about a rental with Arthouse Properties, and the renter was so disrespectful. He talked to me in a condescending tone, belittled my concerns, then hung up on me.

    Thanks for the review and opportunity to respond. This person objected to our pet deposit; and when we politely explained it was fully refundable, said "well, I've never received a deposit back." No one "hung up" on anyone. After she made it clear several times she did not want to pay the pet deposit, we politely explained that our unit was "probably not right" for her and she agreed. The end of the conversation was mutual and respectful.
