Ken, I'm very sorry to hear your negative to review. As you were a resident of one year, and came in on a rent special, you were subject to a rent increase to market rent on a renewal, as explained to you when you inquired as to the reason for the increase. Furthermore, other than a request to remove a tree, I am unsure of any dissatisfaction you had with the rental unit or service you mention in the review. I have nothing notated on your account that remained open or unfinished. We always strive to achieve a quality service and enjoy many longstanding residents.
