This was a pretty smooth transaction considering everything that we needed to accomplish! There was no option for negotiation in this situation. The seller would not accept anything lower than the asking price since the waterfront lot was already listed so low. There were a number of hurdles that we overcame and the buyer was provided with all of the necessary resources to do so. There was concern over the land not being feasible for a septic system. I connected the buyer with one of my favorite designers which had great news for the buyer. I am unsure as to why this buyer gave me 4 stars for process experience. I am an experienced agent and am especially experienced with vacant land on Guemes Island. This buyer should be very happy!!
