Unfortunately, this review is not factual and I am working with Zillow to have it removed. We sent the lease to be signed and the couple asked for a 48hr review period to look over the lease (I did not initiate this "review period"). When I didn't hear back from them, their co-workers approached me with a lease offer and I assumed the other couple found another lease. They then approached me saying they were now ready to sign, so I asked them to match the terms their co-workers provided and even provided a free week in the home as they were in a hotel. They agreed and said they would sign the new lease; and again, they did not sign for a 2nd time. Seems like they had another option in mind and wish them the best of luck with their move. We gave the unit to their co-worker, who was more than happy to sign the lease. As you can see from all of my other reviews, this review does not reflect how we interact with potential clients, current clients or past clients.
