Hi William, In 2023 you purchased a beautiful home for below asking price in May 2023 (with full sales history and tax records provided). And in 2025, We were successful in securing a qualified buyer, closing date 3/12/2025, with your 2025 sale price $10,000 greater than your 2023 purchase. I share your disappointment that this recent contract did not close due inspection repair requests and response. Staging with furniture was not an option with the commission structure selected.
