From day one the tenant knew the owner was still selling the home. she did not have an issue with that until buyers wanted to see the home. i instructed her to speak to the owner. I had never spoken to her agent after she moved into the property . when the tenant lease was up she was upset that she had to pay for damages that they caused. the walls in the bedrooms were written on, there were holes in the walls, the filter from the ac looked like it was not changed in months. in all the house was left very dirty and the owner had to repaint the walls from all the markings and holes.
