Elizabeth had a tenant in her property and asked us to sell it. When tenants are in your property and you want it sold- hold on for the ride! You MUST use a highly experienced realtor who also property manages. Tenant properties are difficult to show because tenants have no interest in your sale and don't want people walking through their home. An experienced property manager can ease the sale by offering the tenant incentives. Needless to say we had a successful conclusion BUT not without some difficulties. Call us for your difficult sale needs!
