Thank you for your response. Customer service is a priority of mine and I appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately in this business you work with clients that are not always the best fit. I tried my best to maintain my professionalism with the buyer (not the person writing this review) during the transaction to see it thru to completion. I pride myself in taking ownership of my attributes and shortfalls. I know that I am not perfect. In this particular case, I felt it was in everyone's best interest to part ways. It's not always about money. It's about loving what you do and working with the right people.
