Thank you for this review, I have been a Realtor for over 40 YEARS, and I have never gotten a bad review......I am hurt by this, as they never said any of this to me personally.....and acted very nice to me face-to-face all the time during this transaction.... I wonder about their motivation for being so negative now.... one month later, ( a bad-tempered neighbor who is a realtor and did not get this listing?) I co-listed the house and the other agent who was available to present the offers, they were fine with this at the time. We DID call for the "Highest and Best" and there were several offers *****TO DATE THEY HAVE THE third HIGHEST SALES PRICE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND DO NOT HAVE A FIREPLACE OR A FINISHED BASEMENT nor many upgrades.
