I am very sorry that you feel that I was not helpful or knowledgeable about the property you were interested in, I don't recall you asking anything that I was not able to answer or recall you requesting more information that I did not provide. I would have been happy to find the answers to any additional questions you may have had. As far as the loan process that is between you and your lender , there is nothing I can really do when a buyer is not pre-approved to purchase a home they are interested in. I do not do the loan process. I feel I treat all of my prospective clients as I would like to be treated, and if you feel you were not treated with that respect I sincerely apologize.
