It is unfortunate that the person providing the review did not provide his name or the property information. We just want to state our standard policies. 1. We work with a HVAC company who comes and inspects and takes 24 to 48 hours. 2. Some home owners purchase an appliance warranty with Excel (Home Smart) or other vendors. Unfortunately they usually take up to 5 days to come. 3. If everything fails a room heater is about $50 and we as a company have provided them several times. I feel like it is just unfair to small businesses if folks just comment with very little detail on respected websites like Zillow.
