Thank you for your feedback. I do strive to provide all clients w/ a 5 star exp. EVERY TIME. Sadly, we can't make every1 happy ALL the time & clearly our recollections of how your 3rd transaction w/me went differ. I'm sorry that you did not see value in the free staging provided that resulted in your condo selling in less than 24 hours w/multiple offers OR the value in the advice given that resulted in your offer getting accepted for THE home you loved. I truly felt that I went above & beyond in the services I provided as well as in letting you park your vehicle at my home & getting you to the airport when your ride fell through. I am sorry that things turned sideways when I could not legally force the seller to have their belongings packed in the garage for your walk through despite your many demands for that to happen. After you repeatedly insulted me on closing day, I did feel it best we cut ties & you remove your vehicle from my property to avoid further incident.
