Thanks for your review Tanisha, I appreciate the 5 starts on “responsiveness”. As discussed, the Home Owner/Landlord are the ONLY people who decide who and when they rent their property to based on credit-worthiness and minimum income requirements - I have ZERO influence. Unfortunately, in this particular case the Owners did not select you as a tenant. Wishing you and your family the best going forward.
