We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in SC 29040ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityMost places will return your security deposit within 1-2 weeks upon moving out. This place takes the full 30 days! Terrible service when you need something fixed. By law property managers are allowed 30 days to return security deposits. In this case, we were trying to rerent the property in order to save the tenant some money and we had a repair to make. Pest control is tenants responsibility in 90% of our properties unless you report an infestation within 3 days of move in. Previous tenants of this property never complained about insects. I strive to provide the best customer service possible and have to rely on other professionals in the home repair fields to repair issues. Sometimes those professionals fail to resolve issues in a timely manner and for that I apologize, I should have followed up on the repair more closely. I am sorry you didn't have a better experience and wish you all the best.
