Carrissa Hipsher: Seeing as confirming you have already "revised" your 1st review - it is confirmation that your statement is a complete and utter lie. Now the keys - In emails you clearly stated you would be there for all showings and when you were not (with proper notice given in the lease and as you state), you were given 3 options, after you told me I had to get my own key mailed- Options: I would make new keys for everyone, I could make a copy of the key or you could make a copy of the key and leave in the lockbox, either way was fine with me. Again, options and all reasonable. For showings, you made the house look unkept we had so many side comments from potential tenants about doors missing, and trim missing (somehow put back on and in place after you moved out, and don't claim we did not fix items because you made that clear in your own words thanking me for how quickly I responded to any maintenance), and how uncomfortable you made showings. And all showings were given 24 hour notice, even though you DEMANDED we do not do weekend showings and only business hours (I have it in emails). Even when given 24 hour notice and in your business hours request, you continued to say no to showings and I had to reach out multiple times to reschedule. We had to discontinue showings while you were there because of how contentious every response to showings and requests were received and responded to by you. I will not accept your continued lies and harassment online.
