    Ken was not only very diligent, on time, always answers the phone but did a great job on appraising our home. He also helped us to sell our home with a discount and get a mortgage. He is truly a professional and a one stop shop for value and advice.

    Poor, unprofessional service. Ken was vulgar on the phone and in person. The work he provided had mistakes in the header with the wrong address that he refused to resolved and during communication, he refused to fix it. I do not recommend his service...
