I know how disappointing it can be not buying the house you want, its happened to me also. In today's market with houses selling so quickly it is imperative as a buyer to prepared to purchase with your prequalification letter from your lender, down payment and closing cost cash reserves, if you own a house already it should be active on the market if and hopefully under contract.
