David obtained his NC Broker's License in 2006 and founded APM in 2007. He also obtained a bachelors degree in finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has received the Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. David has also served on the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce board of Directors, DKI Board of Directors, as well as the Kannapolis Planning and Zoning board.
