Its interesting I received a review like this. I actually solicited this review from Nora because I thought she was happy with my service. Until I read this review I never heard otherwise from her. Now for the facts... Not only did I reduce my already low flat rate commission by over half to help her, but I did everything I could to help her settle her families estate. This included two side by side properties that would not qualify for any conforming financing and had to be sold together. She worked odd hours and preferred method of communication was text or email, which I honored. She was very upset the properties did not bring the price she thought they should bring. We strive to provide the best rates and service in town and I am truly sorry she wasn't happy with our service. I wish she would have let me know personally rather than choose this forum.
