We had to sue. No choice. And, the Judge in the Texas Court found in our favor. My wife and I were awarded the judgement. More money, ( see above ), than it would have cost David Adams to simply do the right thing. He could have figured that out for himself, done the right thing by us, ( his customers ), and saved himself some money.
