I am very sorry that your experience with M&M mgt. was unsatisfactory. Hopefully I can clear a few things up. There are multiple aspects we look at when accepting or rejecting an application, but credit score is not one of them. When looking at income, we don’t just look at the amount made, but the length of employment. When it comes to income and couples, we can not combine the income if they are not married. Its unfortunate, but it is done to protect both parties in the event that they split, and one is left to pay the full rent. I am not sure what the particular situation was, I wish that there would’ve been a better explanation of why a cosigner was needed, or why there was a rejection. Once again, I am very sorry the situation went the way that it did.

I am sorry the brief experience you had with M&M Management had unfolded like this. I do not know the exact situation that took place, but I can only imagine it was frustrating. I think what happened is a situation with an occupied unit. When someone is interested in an apartment, they are not always available right then and there. Sometimes they will be available in a month to 45 days. When we have those, we cannot set up a viewing without an application to an occupied apartment. That is simply our protocol. We would have absolutely showed you a vacant apartment without an application. I’m sorry this was not made clear to you, and once again I am sorry on behalf of M&M Management.
