    Don t waste your time with 365 Property Management. I do not know how Maygan got 4.9 stars on her review. Maygan is the one that contacted me as a client. She came to my house, claimed she could rent it easily, even reduced her listing fee for me...

    Dear Jason M, Port Charlotte, FL. It was a nice meeting you at your property & we appreciate the opportunity. We don't take on every property presented to our company for various reasons. Some of these reasons include distant location which would prohibit us from properly managing the property. Other reasons include owner compatibility. In your case we did not ultimately take your property on because we did not feel we would be compatible with your needs, therefore it would not have been a good fit for us or you. During our conversations, you stated that you leave negative reviews for various companies including companies you have not conducted actual business with or been a client of. We don't feel it's fair to attempt to blemish a company's reputation simply because they neglect to do business with you. We would like to apologize for any inconveniences. We wish you the best of luck with your property and the property manager that accepts management of your property.
