I work past 5pm daily to get people into their new place and I give first month specials that are unbeatable. Moving is always tough the first month because of all the deposits (Water, Power , Rent and getting the internet hooked up) so I try to limit that financial burden. New tenants stress over if they are going to be able to pay for everything that they have to get that first week. We do our best to help them financially.......
