It's always unfortunate when a tenant doesn't adhere to the terms in a lease they agree to as well as doing damage to what was a brand new kitchen amongst other things. Using acidic cleaners on Polished carrera marble counters completely ruined every inch of them along with sanding and scrubbing off the new oven markings are just SOME of the list of damages. Every door to the brand new kitchen was damaged. An itemized list with receipts was provided. An area rug that was included was also taken.
