It was one of the more challenging homes to list wasnt it, with covid popping its 'ugly face up' and all of us trying to understand how we could safely protect our sellers. I was lucky as you both are/were amazing sellers and even though we waited a few months to get it on the market after covid hit, it was so gratifying to see it go under contact right away (and for over ask, yahoo) I know you are loving your new home and enjoy hearing from you.
