Welcome to Zephyr Gate Townhomes. This beautiful, energy efficient 3 story townhouse was built in 2010. High ceilings and an abundance of sunlight on every floor, all day and year-round. A private bedroom with full bathroom reside on the ground level, along with the front entry and garage. Large living room, dining room (both with beautiful bamboo flooring and high ceilings), half bath, and a large open kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and large pantry on the second level. We found it very hard to move from our home, but our family was expanding and we needed more space. The proximity to San Francisco and the freeways is absolutely priceless, we'll miss that a lot. One of the things we value most about the home is the amount of light and the fact that when we look out of the windows, morning or night, we see the sky, trees, and modern architecture. As we walk through our community, we pass by an endless amount of friendly neighbors. Though the 1556 square feet are nothing to complain about, it has an even larger feel because of the open and airy ceilings and upper stair well.
