    10.3 acres and approximately 390 feet of shoreline on remote Gunsten Lake in the Isabella area. Gunsten is a small jewel of a lake that is completely private and has no public access. There are a total of 8 privately owned parcels on this lake and also some Superior National Forest ownership on the west side. This is the perfect lake for quiet canoeing and kayaking! The property also comes with deeded access to another lake that has 2 parts to it just to the east called Shallow and Deep Lakes. There is road access to the parcel that requires about 5 miles of driving on a gravel road system through the National Forest. The last half mile is a bit rutted and requires a higher clearance vehicle or pick up truck to navigate. The parcel is heavily wooded with a mature mix of all the northwoods tree species and is a mix of high ground and low ground. There are good building sites and the actual lakeshore is a pristine wilderness shoreline that is a bit low and has a soft bottom to it, but a dock system will get you from the higher ground to the water. There is no electric service in this area. If you like peace and quiet on a small lake, this would be a great parcel to check out!
