Wood floors, full kitchen, clawfoot bathtub, and open living + dining area. Central air/heat. Electric/water paid but we do ask that our tenants be conservation-minded. Furnished or unfurnished option. Some furniture in pictures available but we can clear the space completely as well depending on tenant's needs. We prefer no pets but might be open to one small pet depending on circumstances. Water, trash and electric bill paid but we ask tenants to be conservation-minded. We are open to month-to-month or a 6- to 12-month lease. We do most of the work on the land but you might need to mow the lawn occassionally (we can provide a mower). Our cottage is located on 5 rural acres and we do have an additional house on the property that is rented out. We do not live on the property. No pets though one small one might be considered depending on circumstances. No smoking inside. Uncovered parking. Country living. Furnished or unfurnished option. No dishwasher.
